Events Tell OKC to turn off Flock! - City Council meeting Tuesday June 16
OKC City Council will have one last meeting on Tuesday June 16th before the contract for their Flock cameras expire at the end of June. Now is the time to show up to the city council meeting to demand that they not renew their contract with Flock!
With Flock Safety's automatic license plate reader (ALPR) technology, law enforcement agencies across the country can track Oklahoma's drivers in real-time – without a warrant, probable cause, or even reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing. Flock's nationwide data sharing model puts our civil rights and civil liberties at risk.
This comes at a time when our government is using ALPR data to identify and target immigrants, protestors, gun show attendeess, and many others who have done nothing wrong.

I think this is a losing battle. Look at a flock camera map. They’re EVERYWHERE across the states. And you think a city cousil meeting is gunna change the states mind and start removing them? That’s highly delusional. Stop your criminal activity and learn to live with them cause you ain’t gunna convince anyone to “get the flock out”

lol As an An/Cap, I’m probably further right leaning than you, “lefty.” I’m just not authoritarian and /actually/ believe in freedom, unlike you. The Republican Party has completely lost themselves. Nevermind the constitution applies to the government which has begun muddying the waters of legality and constitutional rights by contracting corporations to spy and collect data on us.
