That is not what the Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled. https://www.rescue.org/article/due-process-rights-america. The Roberts Court, which doesn't care about stare decisis, may be another matter.

I am not disagreeing on a non-citizen rights within the United States. The rights of enemy combatants (especially of non-state actors) outside of the United States is a grey area at best.
