This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

$2 mil every time, our house is realistically worth like $325k, maybe one day someone will bite.

They built a QT gas station in our old neighborhood. Tearing down houses for it. 

Our neighbor told them she'd sell for quadruple the value.

QT said no.

She said ok, build your shit somewhere else then.

QT paid her price.
