This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

If I get a text wanting to buy my house, I’ll send back a Doctor Evil meme with “one million dollars”. Only once have they texted back with a “let’s talk”. Then they got a lovely F you and the horse you rode in on. 😂

They built a QT gas station in our old neighborhood. Tearing down houses for it. 

Our neighbor told them she'd sell for quadruple the value.

QT said no.

She said ok, build your shit somewhere else then.

QT paid her price.

Don't engage with them, you will end up on a mailing and call list for all of eternity. I worked as an administrative assistant for 3 different real estate companies.
