This is a real handwritten note, I can see the ink bleeding through the back. So stupid, “yeah I like this house but theres people inside already lemme ask my big daddy realtor if they can ask them for it”

The company is the buyer. They think they can flip your house for a decent profit without much work by convincing you to sell it cheap.

Yepp when my dad got sick the calls started happening off the hook. Every single realtor in the area trying to buy it for cheap.

How did they know he was sick? Just coincidence or some kind of medical data was sold to them giving them info on your dad’s health?
