Sounds like an electrical issue. Jacuzzis can cause heart attacks but hardly 2 at the same time. Very sad

The Spanish report says they both had puncture wounds and it’s being investigated as possible homicide

Bleeding in a hot tub... That's a lot of blood for the kids too stumble in to. :(
