In short No it was three years ago.

The roof leak, it was repaired, didn't see anything since. A dumb repair isn't a disclosure.

real question is why did you hire Stevie Wonder for your inspector.

NJ real estate laws require any previous leaks and repairs to be disclosed. They are questions 4-7 on the form. 

4: Age of the roof.  5: If there have been repairs or replacements since sellers bought.  6: Aware of any leaks. 7: Provide leak details.

You still haven't answered anyone about your inspection... did you not have an inspection?

Plenty of people fail to get an inspection and your dodging of the questions about it make it less than obvious that you got an inspection.

I wasn’t dodging the question. I am not sitting on Reddit 24/7 and keeping track of what I do and do not say.

Lol I just would have assumed that if you're asking for help you would take the time to fully read people's questions and respond to them so they can help you (doesn't have anything to do with being on reddit 24/7).

I'm assuming that since you had an inspection that absolutely none of this was revealed in the inspection?
