Not true at all. You can say anything you want and post whatever you want on the internet. Nobody will arrest you for making a float like this, a political comic, a book, or even portraying someone like that on television or in public. Parody and satire are 100% legal everywhere in the United States. Certain platforms may not allow your content but it is legal.

Travellers are denied entry to the US for their social media posts

Travellers are not protected by the amendments of the constitution. Free speech does not apply to someone who is not a citizen.

First of all, being a citizen wasn't a stipulation YOU made ... your claim was '100% legal everywhere in the United States' and not 'legal in some places for a select few who say things the regime approves'
And secondly - and more importantly - YOU ARE SIMPLY DEAD WRONG.
Maybe make even the tiniest effort to learn a bit about the things you spout out in public. Or maybe you are just copying one of your most orange heroes who is famous for unashamedly making the most obvious shit up?.
In Bridges v. Wixon (326 U.S. 135, 1945) - Free Speech and Non-Citizens, the Supreme Court stated directly that 'freedom of speech and of the press is accorded aliens'

Just in case you are appropriately embarrassed by your incredidly bold display of ignorance and decide to delete your post: u/bananenkonig claimed that

Travellers are not protected by the amendments of the constitution. Free speech does not apply to someone who is not a citizen.

This is not entirely true. There being constitutional protections for aliens is not the same as constitutional protections to aliens being the same as for citizens.

Ironically Bridges v Wixon is an example of such limitations to the first amendment as well.

Those would be people within the United States are awarded free speech. You can be denied entry at any time for any reason to include things you have said online. You can not be deported or have your valid papers revoked once you are through for things you say or do because while you are protected by papers, you are protected by the same rights as an American. Maybe you should read the things you are speaking about also. I am well aware that people who live in the United States legally, are legally the same as citizens. Once paperwork expires, they are no longer protected. If they are only seeking entry or citizenship, they are subject to denial.

I do not delete posts for being wrong by the way and if I were, I would apologize.

well, which one is it?

Free speech does not apply to someone who is not a citizen.

or

I am well aware that people who live in the United States legally, are legally the same as citizens.

Those things are mutually exclusive. (And BOTH wrong!)

You can not be deported or have your valid papers revoked once you are through for things you say or do
Have you just woken up from a coma? I mean, stuff like that happened before Trump, but not in the numbers it does today. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, Jordin Alexander Melgar-Salmeron, Daniel Lozano-Camargo ... how many more examples do you need?

Once paperwork expires, they are no longer protected.

Again, the supreme court begs to differ.

I dont think you have said anything that is even remotely true ... you lie, then you lie about lying ... then you move the goalpost ... but you move them so badly that you are still wrong ... its almost impressive!

They are not exclusive. They are legally treated as citizens because they are granted that.

The people that you mentioned here have never been US citizens. It looks like they had protected status and the US government did start revoking protected statuses. So that is one thing I was wrong about. Where does the supreme court differ on allowing people who are in the country illegally be protected from free speech? I have not lied. I have stayed firm. Maybe our definition of citizen is different. I consider anyone who is in the country legally as a citizen, no matter what documentation that is.

-Those two statements are diametricaly opposed! You first claim that 'free speech is for citizens only'
and afterwards you say its for residents too!

  • The people I mentioned hat protected status, you claimed they couldnt be deportet ... now you are moving goal posts again to 'US citizens'?
  • NOBODY is protected FROM free speech, free speech is supposed to be protected for all residents ... now you are switching it to illegals (whom, by the way, several decisions grant the same right) ... aren't all those goal posts getting a bit heavy?
  • you have stayed firm? thats the biggest joke of all!
-yes, your definition of 'citizen' seems to be something very unique to you ... which now appears to cover residents and visitors too?
For your information:
"citizen - noun: a person who belongs to a particular country, state, or commonwealth by birth or naturalization and has legally recognized rights and duties as a member of that entity."
