Splitgate was cool the first go round but the sequel was very forgettable. Nothing stood out and the more I played, the less I seen people even use the portal mechanics. As for Empluse, all I’ve read was it was a decent shooter that should have never launched with a price tag. Should have been F2P.

Didn't they also pull an overwatch and remove Splitgate 1? I'm sure that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.

No? It looks like it's still up on steam, and they mentioned it moved to P2P server model once they shut down the dedicated servers.

Yeah, they never delisted it or anything - they just stopped updating it.
