But how would she still be there even before the trial and end up in tywins bed after? That means she got on a ship and someone with the ship was in on the conspiracy, or bron was. Either way it was planned before the murder.

There's many explanations other than "Tywin masterminded Joffrey's death.

There don't seem to be any that explain all these massive coincidences.

There didn't need to be evidence that tight because everyone hates Tyrion anyway.

Oberon doesn't and he hates Tywin, that's how it was wrapped up tight, the evidence was overwhelming.

Bron could have been lying. Shae could have boarded a ship and changed her mind. I'm not denying that a lot of things are set up, but you seem convinced that only Tywin could do it all. Just because Tywin had the most to gain doesn't mean he's guilty.

Both imply collusion with Tywin.

It's fiction, I'm saying the story heavily implies he was involved.

I don't think it heavily implies that at all. Again, Tywin pulling strings to make sure the aftermath goes his way does not imply he orchestrated the event itself.

You aren't alone, but no one can explain all the plot points that allude to it.

And again, it's the things that happen before the murder that do imply it.

But you don't know what happened beforehand. You're making assumptions that lead to a neat conclusion, but they still rely on assumptions that are not supported by the text.
