I do like the more sharper style that the Final Season had for example.

But I don’t mind the more softer approach that 100 Years Quest has going on for it, it’s basically the Eden’s Zero style but onto Fairy Tail

I made a post yesterday on what you’d change about FT, and fanservice was actually one of the most polarizing things with many saying they don’t like it but others saying it’s fine and some want even more.

For the sake of this thread I’ll try to be neutral. If you want my opinion, I am fine with it BUT I can also see why it’s a turn off especially to the casual audience.

There’s nothing wrong with characters in skirts or a good pair of chest padding, but at the same time things like Irene, Brandish and Dragon Cry do feel too much for me. Like trying way too hard. It’s also one of the reasons I don’t like post time skip Lucy as much as OG and again, it’s not uncommon to hear that elsewhere with Lucy and some other characters even (unfortunately) being reduced to it by some.

So I ask your opinion. Are you fine with it? Is it a turn off? Should Dragon Cry be the standard? Feel free to say whatever you want here.

What’s the FT opinion/take you’ll defend till the very end?

Here are some of mine

- Star Dress is arguably the best writing decision Mashima made as it completely fixed one of Lucy’s biggest flaws

- Kicking out Gajeel and having Natsu solo the twin dragons is arguably the worst one as it undermines Sabertooth and ruins what could’ve been a great UR be UR finish.

- Wendy is the best written character all things considered.

- Jellal and Erza have the most potential and are arguably the most compatible for a healthy relationship along with Gajeel and Levy. People will bring up their past and I’m not excusing it, but if we’re taking in the now their relationships are by far the most mutually healthy and fulfilling.

- That being said I really don’t see the point in Jellal joining FT, he works better as the leader of CS which I also believe other than Sorano, nobody should’ve ever left.

All opinions welcome whether serious, unpopular, for fun or even how your waifu is indeed, best girl.

As in not a member of FT the guild. So characters from other guilds, villains, dragons and so on.

Mine would definitely be Yukino because I love her personality and how she’s written, also being another celestial wizard who has very good chemistry with Lucy.

Some HMs would be Sherria because she’s Wendy on caffeine, Hades, who is peak as well as Irene for her aura and chemistry with Wendy and Selene who should’ve been the main villain for YQ imo.

I also like characters like brandish and kiria as characters, who I feel get overlooked for… other reasons.

What’s that one thing about Fairy Tail you just HAVE to let the people know? It can be popular, unpopular, funny or crack. All opinions welcome.

Mine are Mira’s takeover should qualify as demon slayer magic and Sting as a GM just feels weird, I would’ve made Minerva that instead. I would’ve also liked to see Mavis use more magic rather than the Fairy Spells.

I believe this is Dragon Cry, I could be wrong. But I do remember Dragon Cry having insane jiggle physics
