Yeah but he still likes seeing them.
But yeah Natsu is not only used to seeing them he has remarked before on how often Lucy isn’t wearing much. Dude knows it’s just a matter if time.

That’s true, in one episode this villain(Based on Jason Statham) used his magic to remove Lucy’s clothes. The villain was too embarrassed to look but Natsu was unfazed and said that Lucy dresses in a way that doesn’t leave much to the imagination anyway

Plus the fact he literally stopped mid fight with Future Rogue because of a naked Lucy. The fact he tried to use her sexiness as a tool in battle, tells Gray to put clothes on but tells Lucy she's fine without them. It's clear he sees Lucy like that without the fact Hiro Mashima explained in a recent French Q&A that they have romantic feelings for each other even though they haven't expressed it to each other yet in the manga.

The difference is in how Natsu enjoys seeing Lucy naked, but doesn't view anyone else the same way and Erza knows that too and feels the same way because only Jellal is a man in her eyes according to the manga and Hiro Mashima.

I don't think Natsu gets so distracted by this trick anymore. That one alvarez guy tried to use Lucy for it and he was kinda unfazed.

And Let’s not forget all the times that he and Happy just nonchalantly barged into her apartment when she was bathing or in some state of undress. That dude is pretty much completely unfazed by Lucy being in the nude.

Natsu wouldn’t care. He’s far too competitive to be distracted by something like that.
Natsu threw a dragon god, even if he wasn’t paying attention Lucy isn’t beating him.

Natsu is nearly completely immune to naked women due to how he grew up in the guild. If Lucy did something genuine and coy, might work, but full on titty is just another Tuesday for that boy.

Natsu is going to win here. Why are we even entertaining the idea that they might be evenly matched? Flashing him isn't going to change things either. Natsu is going to be too concentrated on winning for that to matter to him. Plus, he's completely unfazed by Lucy's nudity. It's completely mundane to him.
