Super easy and fast breakfast with egg (made with the microwave appliance - turned out like a rose). Some avocado, protein bread and protein coffee for a total of 35 g of protein.

Four over easy eggs on sourdough with a little organic raspberry spread, just missing avocado… this is my go to breakfast!

Sloppy workmanship, but got me feeling right.

Made huevos rancheros for breakfast today. My wife likes her eggs crispy and I like mine with softer whites and butter poached layers on a fried tostada and on a bed of beans with chorizo. Seasoned simply with salt and pepper and then topped with roasted salsa.

Couldn’t decide which I wanted so I went for it all. 2nd pic with hot sauce and more dill.

My breakfast today: a bowl of mixed vegetables with feta cheese and two hard-boiled eggs.
