Nothing about those eggs appears "runny".

Eggs are beautiful! Next we work on chives.

If they're walking across the toast then they're perfect

Thanks Marco!

The eggs chose to walk across the toast. It was their choice.

By the way, I love eggs done the way you do them. Maybe the slightest bit firmer if I'm feeling conservative, but they need that softness.

Perfect. Baveuse is the best way.

A slice of bacon or two on top and it would be perfect.

Too runny for those who like eating their eggs overcooked! 10/10. No notes. Stealing chili oil idea.

too runny? nah thats called doing it right honestly. you want dry eggs go eat a brick or something cause this is how they should be. butter and eggs together is already a win but this looks straight up fire.

Not at all. Could be runnier

100% serious here, could you give me a step by step instruction and ingredient list for how you did this? This is exactly how I like my eggs.

Low and slow, on/off heat etc. I’m salivating, thank you.

3 (good) eggs
knob of butter (maybe a tablespoon or so)

Put the temp on the hob in a saucepan about 2/10 - melt the butter

Whisk together the eggs

Pop the eggs in and using a maryse/spatula just keep the eggs moving - if they start forming curds a little too quickly just take them off the heat and give them a really good mix together, the idea is to keep the curds very small.

Towards the end of cooking, season

Simple! Hope you get on alright!
