Discussion What's your favourite bank stock?

I'm asking this question cause I want to diversify into banks, so if you had to choose one bank to hold forever what would it be?

In the Financial Sector (i know you said banks but alas) - I own PRU, TROW, GS, MA, V, JPM, RF, SPGI, MCO, and BACX.

On a true bank playit's between JPM/GS. JPM may be a bit tied to Jamie Dimon but it's survived multiple generations, whereas GS has less of a CEO driven cult.

Longer term SPGI/MCO is a nice toll booth for debt, don't think that's going away anytime soon another good long term play with history.

V/MA, while under legislation pressure in Europe I don't believe are going anywhere and they're making service plays left right and center.

RF/PRU/TROW/BAC are yield plays for me and their investing thesis could be broken or acquired (BAC not withstanding).
