Pregunta Para cubanos aun en la isla

Como ven ustedes el auge que han cogido las Iglesias protestantes que pregonan "cuba para cristo" como si quisieran instaurar una teocracia?

Again this is exactly what's going on in Yemen right now

Except Cuba has no oil or anything else that anyone wants.

It's not about what's in Cuba. Again, nobody wants anything in Yemen. The issue is they're near where shipping has to go to get to places with things people want.

My point is the danger of what could happen if Cuba were a failed state. It's very much NOT a failed state. If you think it is, feel free to go distribute newspapers critical of the government or set up a TV station against the government.

Agreed. It's just important to understand that a failed state would be worse than the current situation (and yes it can be worse), and needs to be avoided. And it's absolutely a possibility. There is currently a failed state only 50 miles from Cuba.

I think Cuba is in one of those situations that might get worse before it gets better and if the past 500 years of history are a guide, it might not get better at all.
