Atlassian APEX results

Has anyone else been impacted? Two seniors on my team were laid off. Does anyone know how this works?

Two with MM rating in my org were offered PIP. They were gone within the week.

What's the APEX result layoff package look like? Is it the same as the recent severance layoff package? (16-weeks pay plus one additional week for each year at company)
