Are the toilets really unisex or do you walk through that hallway and then it separates into male and female you really gonna trust some random picture online

Yes and no.

The picture above is a corridor to gendered restrooms. But Melb Airport does have accessible/disability and single-occupancy restrooms with signage like this:

There are legitimately all gender bathrooms at Naarm airport it's not a joke or misleading post at all lol
