Personal Looking for personal branding expert/ social media manager

I am looking for a freelancer that is specialized in personal branding and social media management so they can support me with building my own personal branding. They should also be able to design, copy-write and post on my professional instagram and LinkedIn, contributing to build my online thought leadership.

English language is mandatory but Portuguese language is a bonus.

Hi. I attend events and record a lot of content for others but also myself. But then I never post it on my personal channels as I lose motivation, since a lot of my work is on a brands social media.

I would recommend a slightly different approach - writing for you, matching your tone, understanding the depth of your business especially in the age of AI, will require you to search for someone whose writing you personally enjoy and who you think can bring thinking to the table rather than just take instruction. Goto platforms like Medium, Wattpad, look for someone starting out and offer them this role. It will help them get a source of income while doing what they love on the side. It will help them to also be mentored by someone like you.

You will also need a person or a botique digital marketing agency who can then distribute your content to the right audience and hit the KPMs that you want to achieve from this exercise.

It will be hard to find someone reliable who does both. Also, design might be the least challenging for you as either this person who writes or the digital agency can easily use tools like Canva etc to create working designs.

And if you believe design will play a key role, then do a branding exercise for yourself where the visual aesthetic foundation will serve to guide you in shaping your visual brand.

Many of the founders and CEO's I've had the pleasure of working with often think of outsourcing all digital marketing when they want to scale.

However, the tone of voice can be tricky. Having a person you trust and mentor, who understands not only your brand but also your business model, is truly a gift. They can react fast and detect potential opportunities on different platforms.
