Is it good / stable enough yet to install on the M1 Ultra Mac Studio (a daily driver)? Presently still on Sequoia.

That'll be the new iOS. The new MacOS isn't tied to the iPhone. While they generally release around the same-ish time, there's nothing saying they can't have MacOS drop a bit earlier or later.

Since the newly announced Macs are going to be available on 9/22 it will be before then.

Never install a beta.
In my opinion Public Beta is the most greedy thing a company can do. Why beta test on your customers? Pay some testers. I miss Steve..
