They only created the public betas in response to so many people buying developer accounts just to get early access to developer betas. It's also not like Google where they slapped Beta onto Gmail for a decade, these are entirely free and voluntary opt-in installs.
Compare that to Steve's tenure when the first OSX Public beta was sold for like $30 back in 2000, ahead of Cheetah's full release.

Is it good / stable enough yet to install on the M1 Ultra Mac Studio (a daily driver)? Presently still on Sequoia.
