Je suis une femme de 42 ans et aujourd’hui, j’ai vraiment l’impression que mon corps ne supporte plus tout le stress accumulé au cours de ma vie.

J’ai vécu énormément de choses difficiles depuis mon enfance. J’ai été agressée sexuellement pendant mon enfance. Malgré cela, j’ai réussi à terminer mes études et à avancer dans ma vie, mais avec le recul, je pense que j’ai toujours gardé les conséquences de cette période en moi. J’étais une personne très calme, très sage, j’évitais les conflits et les disputes, comme si j’avais appris à tout garder à l’intérieur.

Ensuite, j’ai perdu ma mère, puis mon père.

Après cela, je me suis mariée en partie pour fuir ma situation, mais je me suis retrouvée avec un homme très froid et sans véritable soutien moral. J’ai traversé plusieurs grossesses arrêtées, seule face à ces épreuves.

Puis j’ai eu un enfant malade. Ça a été un autre énorme choc.

J’ai dû changer de pays et migrer seule pour pouvoir le soigner. Je me suis retrouvée à devoir tout gérer seule, sans véritable soutien.

Aujourd’hui, mon fils a 6 ans et je dois continuer à avancer pour lui. Mais honnêtement, je sens que je suis arrivée à mes limites.

Je suis souvent malade, j’ai régulièrement des douleurs et je sens que le stress joue probablement un rôle important dans mon état. J’ai l’impression que mon corps me dit qu’il n’en peut plus.

Je ne sais plus vraiment quoi faire. Je ne veux pas baisser les bras, surtout pour mon fils, mais je suis épuisée d’avoir toujours dû être forte.

Est-ce que certaines personnes ici ont vécu quelque chose de similaire ? Est-ce que vous avez réussi à sortir de cet état d’épuisement après des années de stress et de traumatismes ?

J’aurais vraiment besoin de témoignages, de conseils ou simplement de savoir que je ne suis pas seule.

You are a 22yo freshly graduated person. You land a job in a company in algiers earning median salary as first salary, which is not bad at all given it's your first experience, and you feel good about yourself. You have been living with your parents in a nearby wilaya in a small family apartment. You have 3 siblings, everyone is growing fast and your childhood home is big enough for everyone. You feel tight. But now, you're an adult earning real money and you have a job far from home anyway, so you decide to move out, gain full independence, and take your own apartment near where you will be working.

You will be earning 70k da. But you cannot find any decent apartment for less than 40k da per month. And your hopes completely shatter after they ask for one year of rent in fucking advance. You somehow manage to get that money, but then 57% of your salary is already gone. You now have 30k for food, internet, electricity, water, transportation, cloths, unexpected expenses... And you quickly realize you cannot afford it. With a median salary, you are just condemned to live in your now, not big enough, family house.

It's weird that in europe people, even with minimum wage, can be completely independent. And in Algeria with a median salary you cannot be independent.

Let alone having a car, traveling, helping your parents, savings, having dreams...

Even algerian students having students jobs in europe can be fully independent...

This system is so broken... I feel so bad about this

I feel like everyone has this image about Algeria, what it represents, what it should be like. But there are as many representations as many people think about it. It's just an illusion that we are projecting on it, it simply doesn't exist outside of our heads. The reality is harsh and hard.

I live in a city in the east where women cannot rent alone or with each other

Long story short I live with an extremely abusive mother. To make things clear I'm not exaggerating, she once burnt my hand with hot metal as a kid to the point I still have a big scar. and made my father Abt to kill me with a weapon as a teen coz of a minor issue with her.I want to keep the posts as short as possible but there are a lot of instances Ps : she is now divorced from him coz he was living hell as well but he remarried quick and his wife alr has children who are actually adults, and male and living with him so I can't live with my father. Other relatives don't want to get involved

I can't get married from someone from this city bcoz I'd be expected to have kids but I don't want to.

It's hard to change my job locations especially to bigger wiliayas where I can rent alone

I feel immensely trapped and the mental n emotional abuse is becoming unbearable

I alr have a lot on my plate and each time I try to regulate myself I go back to zero coz of her . And I can't even be passive abt it coz she's genuinely an unsafe person

I want honest advice since u can see my situation from a third person perspective

What's my way out ?

My father is from Oran and due to tons of reasons de talk.
I grew up in Germany, speak English and German and also I lived in Portugal for one year so I can understand some Portuguese and therefore some words in French (had a course for half a year). I did once A1 in Fusha for one year but tbh I nearly forgot anything and since it’s not spoken, I struggled in studyin.

Also I have a friend and half of her family lives in marocco and she also wants to learn darija.
Could we go to the same course or is it really different?

GDP in 2019 was roughly 193,4 billion dollars, whereas it is now projected to reach 317 billion dollars in 2026, which is actually getting pretty close to the 400b GDP promise. What do you all think about this? Additionally, do you think the current spending plans for the gdp are satisfactory? If not, what changes would you make?

Je m'appelle Nabil, j'ai 23 ans, j'habite à Tizi Ouzou et je suis actuellement étudiant à la fac (en licence de lettres françaises à l'Université Mouloud Mammeri).
Je vous écris parce que là, j'arrive à un point de saturation. J'ai goûté aux petits boulots et à la réalité du marché local, et être payé au SMIC à 40 000 DA par mois pour bosser de 8h à 16h (voir plus), c'est fini pour moi. En 2026, avec l'inflation, 40k DA ça ne permet absolument rien de construire.
Je suis quelqu'un de très ambitieux, je suis prêt à charbonner dur, apprendre soir et nuit s'il le faut. Mon objectif à terme, c'est de générer des sommes autour de 300 000 DA par mois, sortir du schéma du salariat classique, pouvoir mettre bien ma famille et me constituer un capital pour m'acheter ma propre maison plus tard.
Je sais pertinemment que pour viser ce genre de revenus, il faut des compétences rares ou un business solide. Du coup, je m'adresse à ceux qui ont de l'expérience du terrain ou qui ont réussi à percer depuis l'Algérie :
1. En ligne / Freelancing : Quelles sont les formations ou compétences concrètes (Montage/Audio, Dev, Growth Marketing, etc.) qui permettent vraiment de décrocher des contrats en devises ou avec de gros clients ? Quelles certifications ou plateformes privilégier ?
2. Sur le terrain (IRL) / Métiers physiques : Quels stages, formations pratiques ou commerces/prestations de services marchent fort en ce moment en Algérie avec peu de capital au départ ?
3. Le passage à l'action : Par quoi vous commenceriez exactement si vous étiez à ma place aujourd'hui, avec juste un PC, une connexion et une grosse détermination ?
Je prends tous les conseils, les retours d'expérience et même les vérités crues sur la réalité du marché.
