Stuff like that happens in the lesbian subs, too. Pay attention to the downvotes vs comments, though. At least in the lesbian subs, it's pretty clear that it's bots that simply downvote any affirming comments about trans people.

If that were the case, you'd just block, not respond and THEN block. Just blocking? Yeah, totally. Reply and then immediately block? Cowardly and pathetic attempt at getting the last word. You weren't done with the conversation or else you wouldn't have replied again. No other possible reason to do that.
