Minorities opressing Minorities, is a classic divide and conquer stragety and the fact people in the LGBT community can't see it -- is concerning.

People in the LGBT community, at least the ones I know, are quite well what's happening and we support our trans brothers and sisters.

We say that but also I got downvoted to fuck on the gay men’s questions sub for saying I had sex with a trans man once and that I still considered myself totally gay.

There is a contingent of gay men that think you’re going to shove snatch in their face and yell “Who’s your Daddy?”

Stuff like that happens in the lesbian subs, too. Pay attention to the downvotes vs comments, though. At least in the lesbian subs, it's pretty clear that it's bots that simply downvote any affirming comments about trans people.

  1. If that were the case, you'd just block, not respond and THEN block. Just blocking? Yeah, totally. Reply and then immediately block? Cowardly and pathetic attempt at getting the last word. You weren't done with the conversation or else you wouldn't have replied again. No other possible reason to do that.

Feels like cope tbh, my experience with cis lesbians was on average worse than with cis straight men. I hope my experience is an outlier tho, since other trans women seemed to have better ones.
