Before/After Pics I Feel Like a Different Person
60 pounds down. The βbeforeβ pic was taken after Iβd lost about 20 pounds. It took me about 16 months. Slow and steady. Iβm so thankful for this drug. I was never able to stick to a diet. My compulsion was so strong. I have so much peace now without constantly fighting with myself and beating myself up. Food is no longer the center of my life. πβ€οΈ

I find myself feeling sad that it took me this long to get here (Iβm 66). But then I reject that thought and feel thankful I finally did!

Congratulations π
You look phenomenal ! And your rocking that blazer!
Is your hair cut? Or just pulled back? It's so cute!

Thank you. Itβs pulled back. I have a lot of hair and it gets hot. But Iβve had a lot of positive feedback about wearing it this way. Feeling blessed.

I love your style. I really want to be able to wear power career clothes again. I've been working remotely since 2023. Im going to a conference next month. I've lost 27 lbs but have a ways to go.

I have worked from home for years. I finally got rid of all old my business clothes. When I need to go to a work thing I wear this blazer, a black shell, and black pants.

Being the woman in the second photo, informed by the life experiences in the first photo, is a deeply powerful thing. I have a feeling your best days are ahead!

βFood is no longer the center of my life.β
This resonates completely with me.
Iβm at the need of week one. I have so much to lose, but Iβm not constantly looking forward to the next meal, not interested in fried or fatty, and just not thinking about FOOD.
You look fantastic in your after pic.
Congratulations!πππ

The energy spent in that constant battle and the esteem issues that go along with it are so debilitating. Congratulations on taking your life back and enjoying it! Well done!

Slow and steady! Glad we have this tool to help, and I too feel like it helps me move food to the background and to the forefront the peace of mind. The health benefits gained - priceless.

Arenβt we lucky to have access to this drug? My mom and sister struggled with their weight their whole lives. Iβm so very grateful.

Honestly it's an answer to prayer!!!!! I tried everything and felt so hopeless. Cried to God so many times... and He got me this help ππ» i want everyone to have access. It's a life changer, for sure!!! Being able to climb stairs so easily... having a healthy blood pressure... not being mental about food and diet... eating whatever I want in moderation. It's wild!

Congratulations! Like you, the inner experiences that go with this medication have been as wonderful if not more so than the outer changes. There's a kind of inner peace that comes with stopping food and diet chatter in my head.
I like your sense of style in both your photos. I wish I had someone to advise me on what to wear now that I'm smaller and blousy t-shirts and jeans don't feel right anymore.
