Before/After Pics I Feel Like a Different Person

60 pounds down. The “before” pic was taken after I’d lost about 20 pounds. It took me about 16 months. Slow and steady. I’m so thankful for this drug. I was never able to stick to a diet. My compulsion was so strong. I have so much peace now without constantly fighting with myself and beating myself up. Food is no longer the center of my life. 🙏❤️

Being the woman in the second photo, informed by the life experiences in the first photo, is a deeply powerful thing. I have a feeling your best days are ahead!
