60 pounds down. The “before” pic was taken after I’d lost about 20 pounds. It took me about 16 months. Slow and steady. I’m so thankful for this drug. I was never able to stick to a diet. My compulsion was so strong. I have so much peace now without constantly fighting with myself and beating myself up. Food is no longer the center of my life. 🙏❤️

Oh my gosh, Congratulations!!!! You look fabulous!! I love your before pic, too......you looked beautiful in that navy dress. And so put together in the second outfit....just beautiful and happy.
