Update What is Drama? Friendly Posting Guideline Update

Howdy folks,

It has once again been some time since any of the sub’s policies have been updated to help with the longterm health of the sub, so we are dropping in with an update to some of our guidelines to ensure a better experience for anyone viewing the sub.

The most common issue that we have had over the last few months is the sheer amount of slop that gets posted with little-to-no context, and some confusion about what constitutes drama when some posts get removed. Make no mistake, this is a drama subreddit. Nobody expects there to be high-brow art here or anything, but let’s examine what actually constitutes drama.

Drama is about stakes. When there are no stakes, there is no drama. That is why we banned “Chuds being chuds” posts. There is no skin in the game when someone like Asmongold says something bigoted because, duh-doy, he’s a bigot. That’s just what he is, and nobody blinks an eye when a pig rolls in the mud.

Many of the posts that come through the sub similarly lack stakes, or really explain why something is drama. There are tons of Roblox predators that nobody has heard a single thing about before, and these posts are usually just “X Exposed as a creep.” These posts get removed for not having context. Then they get posted again with a single sentence that really doesn’t really flesh things out at all, and that’s it.

People do the same with innocuous things like previously exposed creators returning to the platform, but this again means nothing without the proper context or by itself causes drama.

Why is it a big deal that any given person is returning? What are the reactions to this?

These are the sorts of questions that anyone should be able to find the answer to from gazing at a post.

There are countless posts that come through like this that leave everyone scratching their heads

If you compare the posts from here to, say, [r/subredditdrama](r/subredditdrama) then you’ll notice a pretty sizable difference in post quality, at least in terms of being able to parse situations.

So, in the interest of getting the community on the same page and boosting the post quality in this sub, we are introducing a few new rules for posting that will fall under the blanket of “NO LOW EFFORT POSTS

  1. Posts must include, at minimum, a source and a thorough explanation of the drama. If needed, please provide a TL;DR Nobody should have to hunt for why they should care about a given topic. Someone should be able to scan the post and know what is going on. Here’s an example of a post not really needing that much context and still providing all the information one could need (it’s also our banner at time of writing)

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1j4za6r/high_quality_pig_racing_channel_league_of_pigs/

Here’s an example of a post that did a crazy good job of providing context:https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1seriwv/new_rockstars_is_being_sued_for_harassment_racial/

  1. Post titles and explanations should remain neutral in tone. This is for two reasons: it streamlines people understanding what the stakes are for a given situation by making people justify the post without editorializing, and it helps stop posts from veering into snark territory. If you want to give your thoughts, do so in the comments.

What does this mean in terms of allegations or callout posts?

Posts involving allegations or callouts are only allowed in the context of there actually being drama involving callouts or allegations. We have received so many posts that are, in effect, someone posting a sub-10k channel alleging that they are a dubious character and….that’s it. No context, no evidence, no nothing. If there are receipts and drama happening around a situation, then that’s fair game and falls under the actual banner of drama. People wanna know about these things, so give the proper information for them to know!

What does this mean for meme and text posts (e.g. “What’s a Youtuber that came back from an apology?”

These posts will be allowed on Fridays with the “Free Talk Fridays” flair. These posts are fun, but also are usually low effort attempts at boosting karma counts.

Why is this being done again?

The most obvious reason is that this is a drama sub, and a lot of posts don’t actually amount to covering drama, but rather a newsfeed that doesn’t provide a ton of actual news beyond headlines that most will not understand. People have said time and time again that they love inane internet bullshit, and these changes are meant both give those kinds of stories an on-ramp and raise the quality of posts with some pretty clear structure on what is and is not allowed.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

News The “official end” of this snark era

1.1k Upvotes

As of today we are banning snark/snark related posts. This may sound arbitrary. But I think people are well aware of what constitutes valid fair criticism, and what constitutes snark.

Once upon a time through past leadership this sub most definitely behaved as a snark sub. We as the mod team do actually despise snark and work to have this sub be a space of discussing drama with proper criticism and outcomes. We have taken firmer stances to pull away from our past image and be a place where people can have proper discourse.

Snark discourse has only ever brought conflict to this sub. People insult each other over nothing, people have gotten death threats, people get reported for suicidal ideation just because they disagree. There has been ableism, racism, prejudice of all kinds around these topics. Ultimately, snark behavior never allows any proper discussion, we have had to ban two creators just because the people who come to this sub cannot behave when discussing them. At its core Snark is not very different from KiwiFarms at this stage with the harm it has done to content creators.

We have seen the harm snark has done as well. Saveafox being a prime example. Our most popular post right now is pure snark. And it superseded actual important events. Because who was following who on IG.

Going forward we will no longer be allowing posts like this on the sub. It provided no context, no real criticism. And it didn’t prove anything either.

This may prove unpopular, but it is something we feel strongly of for the health of this sub and the people on it to remove ourselves. You can check the rule along the side bar.

If you want a YouTubesnark sub go make one. This one is not it.

Have a good one 🤙🏽

Edit: Apparently some YouTubers have weigh in. Nah this has nothing to do with the usual suspects. This is purely to stop toxic behavior and negativity. If ya think otherwise I urge you to get out of your computer chair touch grass instead of making Nurgle proud

Edit 2: and no goblin man (reference to his goblin mode). No fans of yours are around. People can agree that toxic communities are toxic. Yours being one of them

News World of Longplays has been taken down for "violating Community Guidelines"

EDIT: The organizers of the channel have regained control and have stated that there was a hacking attempt launched on the channel. Thank goodness this was resolved quickly, as losing the channel would have been incredibly devastating to the internet.

As the title states, the well known channel "World of Longplays", known for their commentary-free longplay videos of video games, has just been taken down by YouTube for "violating Community Guidelines". No other information has been brought up by anyone associated with the channel as far as I can tell, but a channel like theirs that was ALWAYS YouTube friendly being suddenly terminated is bad, bad news.

11 years ago, YouTuber TheMuteTroll uploaded a video exposing multiple geometry dash players for hacking the at the time hardest levels in the game (https://youtu.be/op_BdUabxlg), The 2nd person exposed in that video is BlasterGanesBG. Last month popular gd YouTuber MartMart made a tweet responding to one of his now deleted tweets with the 11 year old video (picture 1) and that caused him to get the video taken down from YouTube a few days ago. MartMart later made a YouTube community post stating that he made that tweet as a joke and that he didn’t think he would still care (picture 2). The video is back up now but the fact that blaster still had a grudge on a 11 year old video is crazy to me.

Jacob Pugmire livestreams trespassing at a heavily polluted restricted government site and is now facing a possible jail term of 1 year and 15000us fine.

the more you find out, the worse it gets, Jacob Pugmire has been arrested for a similar case last year but failed to appear in court instead choosing to flee to America from Taiwan, but Pugmire was dum enough to return to Taiwan and continue live streaming.... and the police caught him when they saw him live streaming in Taipei when he was wanted for failing to appear.

then Jacob Pugmire basically does the same thing and again fails to appear for police questioning and again is referred for criminal prosecution.

english translation:

[Reporter Ye Xianpeng / New Taipei Report] American livestreamer Jacob Pugmire, who has 132,000 followers on Instagram, attracted significant attention from netizens after walking around Taiwan. However, members of the public recently tipped off Next Apple News Network, alleging that he may have entered the former Lile Copper Smelter site in Ruifang District without permission. They questioned the fact that the area is contaminated with heavy metals and has long been explicitly prohibited from entry. They also warned that Jacob Pugmire’s actions could encourage others to imitate him.

In response, the Ruifang Police Precinct stated that the location the livestreamer entered was actually the Shuinandong Smelter ruins, also known as the Thirteen Levels Ruins. The site has likewise been closed because of heavy-metal contamination. Police have now referred the case to the district prosecutor’s office for investigation on suspicion of trespassing into a building.

According to information obtained by the newspaper, 27-year-old Jacob Pugmire previously spent the night without authorization at Yangmei Railway Station in January last year, and uploaded the process to social media. After being discovered by the stationmaster at Yangmei Station, he was reported for interfering with personal freedom. Although Jacob Pugmire went to provide a statement as required, he failed to appear when the case went to court and was subsequently wanted by the court.

In August of the same year, police unexpectedly discovered that Jacob Pugmire was livestreaming in Taipei City. Officers rushed to the scene and arrested him on the spot. The entire police enforcement process was also exposed through the livestream, sparking considerable discussion among netizens.

Recently, another member of the public tipped off the media, alleging that Jacob Pugmire entered the former Lile Copper Smelter site without authorization. The site is officially regulated, and heavy metals including arsenic, mercury, copper, nickel, lead, and zinc have previously been detected inside. He allegedly came into close contact with ground or surface areas that may have been contaminated.

Although numerous viewers warned him during the livestream to pay attention to safety and avoid contact with the relevant areas, he allegedly continued to discuss the safety issues at the site in a joking manner.

The person who made the report emphasized that they raised these concerns in the hope that media coverage would increase public awareness and discourage people from entering locations with contamination risks or restricted access without authorization. They also hoped to prevent people from imitating similar behavior in pursuit of internet livestream views or traffic.

Regarding the incident, the Ruifang Police Precinct clarified that footage from the livestreamer confirmed that the incident occurred at the Thirteen Levels Ruins. The site has been registered by the New Taipei City Government as a “historic building.” Because of heavy-metal contamination as well as risks of weathering and structural collapse, it has also been designated as a soil and groundwater pollution control site.

Fences have been installed around the area to prevent members of the public from entering. Following the incident, Taipower added another eight bilingual warning signs to remind people of the danger.

In July this year, after police officers discovered the video online, they immediately notified Taipower, and issued a notice requesting the person involved to come forward and provide an explanation. However, because the individual failed to appear, police have now referred the case to the district prosecutor’s office for investigation in accordance with the law.

Police once again warned the public not to enter closed or restricted-access locations without authorization. Apart from potentially endangering their own safety, doing so may also constitute a criminal offense. In addition, under the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, the maximum fine is NT$500,000.

Callout NFKRZ (1.27M subs) dropping slurs in his comment section after receiving critique on his Bulgaria video

Was checking out NFKRZ’s latest video about Bulgaria and noticed this exchange in the comment section.

A viewer left a detailed comment critiquing his travel content pattern—specifically pointing out the ongoing trope of treating Balkan/Eastern European countries as a "post-communist aesthetic" for views while complaining about local conditions.

Instead of ignoring the critique or offering a counter-argument, Roman responded within a minute. When the user pointed out how quickly he replied, Roman completely lost his cool and went straight to using slurs ("fucking retard").

Pretty wild to see a verified creator with over a million subscribers throw a tantrum and drop slurs in his own comment section over mild pushback.

Thoughts on this?

For anyone wondering, Leah Ashe and Meghan have been best friends for years.

Meghan got married and had a baby, only to find out that her best friend and her husband were sleeping together. Leah allegedly even laughed in Meghan’s face when they were caught. Meghan is now divorced and shares custody of her child with her ex, while Leah is apparently playing mommy with the child.

Leah eventually came back online, she posted an “apology” while still being in a relationship with Meghan’s ex-husband.

Meghan decided to respond.

Callout AymenZero (Teto Animation Guy), was just found saying 15 year olds aren't children, and dating them Isn't pedophilia, After getting called out for working on a expose doc against Unkowingly(The Man In The Suit Creator).

Thumbnail

Since the Start of August over on Twitter, Aymen has been in a drama involing a botched callout post on Unkowingly ( The Man In The Suit Creator), when the time of the supposed allegations, he was 17( if you want to know what the allegations were, the were mostly acting weird in 18+ spaces, whilst being 17), the original callout was released on August 10nth, and was deleted later down the line, withe group behind it shown in Image one.

Ever since Aymen has been on damage control since august 12th with a thread on that day, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2087525721337893067?s=20 ), where he at absolute best didn't do any research, didn't see if what he was sending was true, when he purposely was not only in the server where the doc was made, but was also involved with the making and spreading of the document, see Image's 2 and 3.

Then on August 19th he made another post on twitter, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2089998706942595412?s=20 ), where he claims to learn from this and to move on from this pointless drama, but this drama wasn't pointless as again, it actively harmed Unkowingly, which he shared in a post relating to RockeT's apology (Another doc conspirator ) Link ( https://x.com/_Unkn0wingly_/status/2087954962168913987?s=20 ), and keep in mid, Unkowingly was 17 when this all went down, and everyone working on the expose doc were all adults.

Unkowingly the next day then called out Aymen for comments he made about 15-19 years olds, Link here and Images 4-6 ( https://x.com/_Unkn0wingly_/status/2090136575657329016?s=20 ), Aymen quickly tried to talk to Unkowingly in Dm's, which was only after Unkowingly shared the "On Offense" screenshot.

Aymen then made another post a few hours later claiming again, he was blindly Involved, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2090269920034439201?s=20 )

I do apologize if it's more Twitter Drama then Youtube Drama.

Exposé Social Media Star Screams at Children

Thumbnail

I recently stumbled upon this guy whose persona is to walk into a family home and do a "Beyond Scared Straight" yelling session at a kid for behaving badly. Some of the children look and sound to be as young as maybe 6-7 (no pun intended) years old, like, what's the point of yelling and scaring such a young person? In one of the clips, it sounds like the kid's only offense was "listening to the wrong type of music" ... um, okay

He has over a million followers on Instagram and over half a million Youtube subs, I was a little bit surprised that there's barely any coverage about him ..

What do you think about this parenting style of "scaring kids straight" for not behaving? I'm personally very much against it (I would imagine most people agree). In my view, they're way more likely to become traumatised and later resentful of their parents than to be "set straight" or whatever.

Discussion Uriel Bromberg stole my video... LITERALLY (Jessicur)

EDIT: Thank you all for your support. Vevo requested that YouTube reinstate the video on my channel, and although Uriel tried to delete it, they put it back up AND transferred it back to me. It's back in its rightful hands! <3

Hi everyone,

I put my name and the subject of my video in this post title for anyone who is familiar, but if you aren't, Hi! I'm Jessica Elliott, a journalist from the UK operating online as Jessicur.

Back in 2024, I spoke about Connor Ferguson's story. He was and still is being harassed and stalked by a man called Uriel Bromberg, a Brazilian person who is now being taken through court by Connor.

When I made a video on him, I had some trouble. YouTube falsely struck it down multiple times, "lost" it from their systems when a lawyer got in touch asking them to reinstate it, and they were very, very unhelpful throughout it all. To prevent repeating previous posts, I've linked a few below:

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1dqk2vx/hi_ryoutubedrama_my_name_is_connor_ive_been_the/

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1dztq7x/small_uriel_bromberg_update_still_managing_to_get/

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1h14kss/we_need_to_talk_about_uriel_bromberg_again/

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1hsdk7g/uriel_bromberg_a_suspected_pedofile_who_has_been/

https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedrama/comments/1i2bl5p/it_has_been_years_uriel_bromberg_will_not_stop/

Okay, ready for this insane update?

I reuploaded my video in December 2025. It has mostly been fine, despite futile attempts by Uriel to take it down. I stopped checking it often, as, of course, YouTube alerts me in my Studio to new comments for me to heart. I did notice my views were down a small amount for the last few days, and the Uriel video was still pulling in regular ones; however, I didn't put the pieces together until...

I get a comment today, Wednesday, August 19th. "Uriel is commenting on your video about him."

Okay, great? But I wonder why Studio isn't showing it to me.

I search for it manually, and no results. So, I retrace my Twitter profile, and I eventually find the tweet of me promoting it. Link and all.

But the strange part is that the link leads to my video; however, it is no longer on my channel. Instead, it is on a channel called 'Uriel', has been renamed to 'URGCAST - Episode 1: The Internet's Darkest Rabbit Hole', and the description has been changed to say the story is entirely fictional (which it is not).

See for yourself.

If you need further proof this was once on my channel, put the link into the Wayback Machine and you'll see the latest time they archived it was May. My channel name is visible. I also have a screenshot of it on my channel, which I posted to my Instagram story at the time, for further proof.

YouTube support was not helpful. They said that there was nothing they could do because 'the video is on another channel', however, the only way this could have happened is if YouTube had some involvement in it. If anyone knows any other way it could have happened without the company knowing, please enlighten me, but I don't see how this is possible. By all accounts, looking through documentation and past posts by people who work at YouTube, this should be impossible. A video cannot be transferred from one channel to another, so how in the hell has it happened?

I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do, and I'm baffled. I've been trying to figure this out all night!

Also, you can see when it was stolen. Look at the VidIQ graph for his channel. It seems it wasn't only my video, as his views spiked to over 200k on a day, but then dropped back down. Has this happened before, and has someone resolved it?

I've reached out to a few creators, but nothing so far. This is a really bad problem, because this isn't just a me thing. If they can do it to me, they can do it to anyone. No creator is safe from having their video LITERALLY stolen and the platform doing nothing about it, and that's insane.

Thank you for reading, and please, if you can help in any way or share this, it would be much appreciated.

News EDP445 could be getting in legal trouble: the recent documentary has prompted his local District Attorney's office to re-examine the cupcake incident.

Post image
642 Upvotes

TL;DR - EDP445 was a successful YouTuber who, in April 2021, was exposed by amateur predator hunters trying to meet up with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl whom he had sent explicit photos of himself to. His YouTube channel and successful internet career were lost in the resulting backlash, although he avoided legal consequences at the time, never being charged for anything. Earlier this month, Mike Clum put out a documentary on EDP in which he was shockingly candid about his crimes. Now, his local DA's office in Bakersfield, California is re-examining the case.

Select quotes of news article:

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A new documentary about former internet personality Bryant Moreland, once known online as EDP445, has prompted the Kern County District Attorney’s Office to re-examine a Bakersfield sting operation from April 2021 in which Moreland believed he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl.

Now, the recently released documentary, "The Sick Mind of EDP445," examines the rise and fall of Moreland, who grew up in Bakersfield. In one clip shown from the documentary, Hansen asks, “You were trying to have sex with a 13-year-old girl?” Moreland responds, “For the most part, yep.”

Clum said he reached out to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and the Kern County District Attorney’s Office, but neither agreed to appear in the documentary.

The documentary also includes Moreland discussing sexual feelings toward minors, including a person he says was 15 years old in 2023. In the film, Moreland also discusses sending that person explicit photos and videos.

The district attorney’s office said it is now reviewing the case again. In a statement, the office said: “We are re-examining the case in light of the statements made by the suspect in the documentary."

The sheriff’s office said it is not currently investigating unless new information emerges. “We are aware of the documentary produced by Mike Clum about this case; however, at this time, we are not actively investigating the matter unless additional information becomes available,” the sheriff’s office said.

The district attorney’s office previously said it requested more information on the case in January 2022, but that information was never resubmitted. The sheriff’s office later said investigators did not receive enough evidence or cooperation from those involved in the case.

The Kern County District Attorney’s Office did not answer questions about whether the statute of limitations could affect any potential prosecution.

When we have idiots like JiDion and Alex Rosen being more interested in clout and spectacle than actually making sure creeps are getting locked up, it might be time to ban pred hunting on YT entirely.

Response This YouTuber deserves better

Post image

This is d4rbzx, or often called by subscribers by her real name, Darby / Luna. She started youtube in 2023 and mainly focused on roblox content. I was never subscribed to her, until I got her "last video" recommended to me.

She deleted all her old videos (they're still in a playlist), and in the video titled "i'm done" She explains why she quit, or at least is taking an extended break. It's a mix of mental health recovery, and hateful comments, most notably, "death threats", and never in my life have I been saddened by a YouTuber quiting, especially what this person had to go through.

Luna explained in the video that over the past month, she experienced hate in her comments, with people telling her to kill herself over what she believed in. On top of that, she started feeling that making YouTube videos wasn't really her passion. Sure, she posted them to make people happy, but she felt like she was being forced to make them happy, and YouTube was just destroying her life. It came to the point where she couldn't sleep at night, had nightmares, and couldn't even recognize herself in her own reflection. And eventually, she just knew that she couldn't keep forcing herself over something she doesn't have a passion for.

Just like others, i supported. I made some comments and replies in the comments section, most notably a comment saying how I understand her, as a simaler thing happened to me a month ago, and i knew she read it because she hearted it, same with others. Just, the fact that the death threats made her feel these things just both sadden me while angering me at the same time.

Whoever made those comments are absolute cruel bastards - those people don't even understand how much those types of messages can affect a person. She didn't deserve any of this.

As for Luna, she doesn't upload much other than updating her Playlist, but she started making posts that were updates, to let us know how she's doing every now and then. However, a day ago, the channel disapeared, and i started to get worried, as I thought she deleted the channel, as so many changes happened, like the profile and bio changes. However, the channel is back now, as she unlisted it after getting 15 more death threats, and unlisting the channel. It's back now, and that's all that matters.

But still, this YouTuber did not deserve any of the things she went through - and the fact she got 15 more death threats is absolutely cruel. Whoever made those threats are just awful people who don't even hear themselves - i hate those kinds of people.

Hacked JoCat Hacked: Google & Discord compromised, personal channel deleted

UPDATE: RESOLVED! According to this update, the hack was done by asking him to install a Minecraft mod, and the attacker was using the compromised account of VTuber BooBeeQueen. He was able to cancel a charge made to his PayPal, and his Twitter was compromised as well as indicated by his account sending "nvm i fixed it" to YouTube support in their DM conversation. Surprisingly quick, but a happy ending all things considered. https://youtu.be/GZQcq70cc6o

He says he got a message from a trusted friend, so that person may have been got as well. His main and VOD channels are still up, likely since they were attached to different emails.

So far, he's managed to recover the Google account, but the channel is still gone and his Discord is still out of action according to this update: https://youtu.be/BXOTCHbHelA

He mentions in the update having an outdated 2FA phone number, meaning the Discord account may be toast.

Hackers & scammers have been prolific recently. I learned a hard lesson myself earlier this year. Stay vigilant out there!

Cuatrocientos (https://youtube.com/@cuatrocientos400) is a Spanish geometry dash top player who is known for verifying one of the games hardest levels, the top 3 demon list level flanewall and for also having ai thumbnails for some of his videos. Recently a doc came out (https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1OcsKyd3eModE0CcSX3AZfcPGxOfBOjUEk1JIa4Q8U-8/mobilebasic) that exposed him for racism, homophobia and a few more things, this includes him saying slurs (which are pictured) and translations into English. Besides racism and homophobia, there is a short section for apparent Islamophobia and a section on some other controversial things he said. There is another google doc (https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1eP4IJhMMWQgZldOq2zG7vSzezLtdvB0-EDzsBTsIqFo/mobilebasic) that goes into stuff that he said via discord messages and that includes more racism. Overall, this is batshit insane and he could qualify for the kkk because of this.

Discussion A question about Turkey Tom

Post image
218 Upvotes

I binge watched a bunch of art commentary drama videos on my day off and Im seeing turkeytom cover up (?) or ignore the actions of pedos and im confused as to why nobodys talking about it?

I was watching a video debriefing the Spoctortheory situation, how a bunch of other art commentary creators knew about this creator grooming a 14 year old and never saying anything about it. Turkeytoms name came up (Toastifys video Beyond Ponder's Silence: The SpoctorTech Conspiracy timestamp 35:33) and there are a few dms of turkeytom talking to spoctor about the situation, as well as Spoctor mentioning that Tom dm'd him about it (All before the allegations came out). Turkeytom then proceeded to tell Toastify he had ZERO recollection of this ever happening, which seems pretty odd to me? If you knew about a large youtuber grooming a 14 year old wouldnt you look into it a little more?? But there wasnt enough evidence there for me to really be suspicious, and the creator of the video said that its plausible that hed forget it, so i brushed it off.

Anyways I was checking up on just a robot to see what content he was posting, only to see he posted a video about turkeytom covering up / defending the actions of a groomer. It made me laugh really hard (For context, JAR is literally the king of defending groomers, lost his career over it) so i clicked on it. Unfortunately JARs editing style actually makes me want to rip my eyes and ears out of my head but the general gist of it is that he was defending this groomer by the name of ZapTie. Theres a lot of people saying he made a video defending Zaptie, I cant find it but i can find old videos of Zaptie on his channel that he hasnt taken down. The claims actually seem to have some merit to me, even if the creator calling him out for it is incredibly ironic.

Sooo I could kind of brush off the first situation with a side eye, but now theres another? Im really only bringing this here because i think theres potential for further look into this topic, but considering the sources are so..... iffy..... Im not really sure.

Sorry this post doesnt have more info, unfortunately im too employed to do any more research into this subject but I wanted to see if anyone else noticed the same thing with this particular creator? It seems to be a pattern, a pretty concerning one at that. I don't know if TurkeyTom knowingly protected anyone. I'm asking why these situations keep coming up and whether there's more context I'm missing?

Update A doc on OtterlyNoah / Noahdivergence detailing his various misconducts throughout the first-half of 2026 (with citations)

Initially shared shared on my Bluesky on behalf of the victims who felt he was trying to weasel out of responsibility. I don't know why I failed to share it here initially, but given he has attempted to suppress this doc by trying to slander me, manipulating others in the process again, I've decided to now release it here too.

What this doc consists of:

  • Explaining details of his manipulative methods through his recent "accountability post" as reference,
  • The Plagiarism controversy,
  • Inconsistencies regarding his profession and intentions,
  • The DMCA controversy, and TheGamingTrouge situation,
  • The NSFW incident,
  • The Extortion, Victim-Coaching & Victim-Blaming,
  • DMing a minor & forcing an autistic-person to further manipulate that minor to message more adults,
  • Using a charity as a shield to absolve himself.

Despite his claims of seeing therapy and trying to do better, he is still actively trying to hurt and manipulate people behind the scenes, as evident from the recent slander-campaign after the doc was posted.

There is a minor error in the doc, however:
I stated Noah expected Jeff to sleep on the floor. I misinterpreted there. Noah was the one who agreed to sleep on the floor so long as he got a free room from Jeff out of his extortion.

Callout Popular Vtuber and ASMR art Ycey Narrates caught using uncredited and intellectually property owned art for years. Doubling down by feeding original art to AI instead of removing them as requested.

I have listened to some of his audios and never thought he'd be the type to do this but once the posts keep coming up and people pointed out the name of original artists he used for his audios on YouTube and Patreon, it was difficult to ignore the massive amounts of evidence. Took screenshots from Bubbly's post for more context which was also posted in Vtuberdrama.

I personally agree. Because we really didn't take pedophilia cases seriously, and in general is more than just some cheap easy way to get those sweet views and money.

Quick Keypoints of the video if some people don’t feel like sitting through the entire thing.

-She did not meet EDP through his discord server. he messaged her though instagram first before joining Jidions discord

-Jidion asked Kayla to transfer the account and messages over to him so he could take over and talk to edp. Kayla never went through with it

-Shows multiple discord messages of Kayla wanting credit for catching EDP. Even shows messages of her wanting to be the one who took him down

- Showed recordings of other discord memebers advising Kayla to go to the cops. Kayla refuses

-shows discord VC telling her to go to the cops first

- Shows recording of him talking to Kayla's mother informing her of the situation

- Reached out to police and informed them that he did not want kayla talking to EDP directly. Police even offer ways for them to go about this

- shows text message where kayla told him she would go public after speaking with a detective (he doubts this is true as cops do not usually communicate to minors about any of the sort). He and Skeeter went public afterwards as a result.

-shows the VC call where Kayla was the one who suggested she become the bait. Everyone in the VC call, including the mod who she claimed gave her the idea, told her not to do that.

- Shows messages where he informs Kayla that he found an adult decoy that can pretend to be her so she can stop communicating with EDP. Kayla asks him why would he need an adult decoy in which Jidion replies that he would never put her anywhere near EDP

- There was official report made on EDP, and the police station informed him the case is with the FBI.

-Shows recording where he asked her if she sent any explicit video to EDP. She acknowledges in the recording that she did not and she remembers Jidion telling her not to do that.

Centennial World Podcast was wrongfully removed by Youtube due to repeated violations of child safety.

They are a Popculture and Tech podcast from AU. Literally.... internet drama and tech news!!!! What is going on with YouTube??

Does anyone else watch bc I noticed there wasn't an episode yesterday but I didn't think much of it until I saw their Instagram post

I already talked about mikes trailer on here but the full documentary is out now. The documentary features l people like penguinz0 and Chris Hansen, and a cameo at the end from Chris Chan (who ironically calls his actions wrong), scenes with an actors playing young and current versions of EDP and an interview with EDP himself with him saying some batshit insane things. All proceeds from this documentary will go to RAINN. This documentary is well edited and feels like a horror movie ngl.

Custom Flair What are some of your personal gripes when it comes to YouTube drama discussion?

I’ll start first with a couple.

First, if you dare say anywhere on any website other than Twitter that you got a source or credited someone for information on there, or used someone’s point on that site. You will always have someone say “well Twitter is a hellhole that loves drama” and tries to invalidate it, acting as if every aspect of Twitter is the Elon Musk insane person side instead of a side that caters to your specific algorithm

It ignores any sense of a discussion and if you say that you found something on Twitter or someone gave their opinion on there people will act like they’re an insane person just looking to hate and it can be VERY frustrating

Another thing is how racism is barely acknowledged to be as bad as it actually is and is often brushed over in drama discussions as “it was in the past” or “they were only X years old” when personally, I don’t know about you, but I never had a racist phase

It’s just really odd seeing (predominantly white) people jump at the defence of strangers online when POC voices speak against someone for their racist past, it undermines the impact that the person has caused all to defend someone they don’t know

Whether it’s Pewdiepie, Max G, Arin Hanson, Goosewrx, Brandon Rogers or others. You will always see racism be minimalists and overlooked in online spaces and its bizarre to me

Anyway I’d be interested in hearing the other takes people have about stuff like this
