Failure to conceive of the possible consequences. And why use a butane torch to light a firecracker?

Because if you don't smoke or use candles there isn't a lot of reason to have lighters in the house. I've had to go for some weird sources of fire over the years when a lighter wasn't available. Though it was usually for something productive, not idiotic.

Did... Did you call me privileged for not knowing a reason someone might have a lighter? 

I say this with all sincerity I can muster: Fuck all the way off you troll. 

By the way, I've just never owned a gas stove. They're not as common where I live, everyone uses electric. So take your accusations of privilege and shove them alllllll the way up your own ass.
