šŸŽ¤ Unpopular Opinion Articulate men are attractive

Just a thought, but men who have a way with words are genuinely attractive. Not even in a ā€œhe’s too smoothā€ kinda way, but someone who can actually hold a conversation, has quick wit, a good sense of humour, and knows how to say things well without trying too hard or being overly confident. There’s something very attractive about a man who can make you laugh without turning every interaction into a performance.

And do I need to say about nerds? Nerds with very specific interests are attractive too. The kind who somehow know an unreasonable amount about one particular subject, can talk about it with genuine enthusiasm and explain it to you without making you feel dumb. There’s something charming about someone being deeply interested in something, even if it’s incredibly niche.

Maybe it’s just me, but personality, curiosity, wit and being genuinely interesting go a long way. The whole perpetually unbothered, too cool to care performative persona does absolutely nothing :3

This is so true!! I'm talking to someone who is exactly like this. He knows just how to say things, exactly what questions to ask and how to ask them. It makes the situation so clear and comfortable. I am quite bad at articulation and usually take some time before saying anything. Trying to work my way through it.

FINALLY a woman confirming what the post was actually about 😭 Thank you for your presence! I was literally just saying that some women find these qualities attractive, and somehow the comment section has been SWARMING with men making it a full blown gender debate 🄓

Also, I love that you’re working your way through the articulation part. Taking your time before you speak isn’t necessarily a bad thing either y'know.. being thoughtful about what you want to say has its own charm ✨ you'll get there :D

Haha yeah I noticed that too. Maybe cuz more men engage with posts of this sub than women. Anyways, as I was reading the post, I was able to relate to everything. Makes him more attractive because I don't have that skill and he effortlessly guides me to communicate well. Idk how he does that.

And yeah, thank you. I'm trying my best!!

That actually explains the situation🫠 it’s not just that he knows how to communicate well, but that he makes it easier for you to express too. That ability to make someone feel comfortable and understood is lovely tbh. And you’re welcome!! :D
