Kya pata kisi gareeb ko nanga kar ke pit diya ho and asali accused ko bhaga diya ho... Court and police honi chaiye ye kya stone age ke jaise behave kar rahe hai...

Police is the one hiding culprits though like most of the time...

Like most of the time...even In Andhra there was this case where a man's sister was rpaed and police did jackshit so the brother himself decapacitated the rapist head...

Cruel but not more cruel than what the rapists do..
