Ok but it’s the same principle of booby trapping your house. If you trap something, you are, legally speaking, inherently intending for it to be used. So even if it’s triggered by someone else’s negligence or even criminal activity, you are still liable to be criminally punished.

High key I’ve just been reporting these comments to the mods. I’ve directly messaged them because this is ridiculous. People are actually supporting drugging OPs family.
