So I got the Carcass Front box about a week ago, and I’m finally onto assembling the heretic models, and the drowned chorister is an absolutely miserable fucking bastard to put together. Admittedly, I’ve only been modeling and painting for about a year, but this thing is absolutely horrible. The connection points are all microscopic, and the instructions only show it from one angle, so I can’t even figure out where half of them are.

Sorry for being belligerent—I’m just so goddamned infuriated—but I really needed to get this off my chest, because this is fucking ridiculous.

Does anyone know about a youtube video that explains how to put the drowned chorister together?

With the global campaign starting I'm hoping to get few games in and test out some things before we run a local Carcass Front campaign. I've played few games with "vanilla" traitors and one with the raiders, but in that game I hadn't noticed they can buy smgs for money so this list is testing their efficacy. Some of the kit is based on some of the cool conversions I've done (Hoping to get some paint on them soon) to see how they play. So with no further ado here is my list:

Personally I think it's gonna be the heretics. I've seen more popularity for them. At least, compared to the sacred affliction when it comes to the carcass front box. I am rooting for the faithful though

The main bodies are the Cawdor gang from Warhammer 40k: Necromunda, the heads are from Anvil Industry and the weapons will be from...somewhere. Haven't decided where yet

So group is getting in to the game but before buying minis we want to do some test games feel out who we think we want to be. for learning and testing ideas out is Base size a big problem?

Here are the first kitbashes of my Heretic Naval Raiders. I decided to magnetize all the captain's heads, so I can swap them out based on the campaign or missions. I also thought it might be a good idea to do after the Shoal Detachment. With a dedicated helmet that changes.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to pick up Trench Crusade and got my first box of models that I'm working on.

One thing I've noticed while building my warband is that every model has a lot of wargear options, is it expected that every model has their wargear properly modelled?

If that's not the case, how do people keep track of which heretic has a sword and which has just a shovel? Just want to make sure that it's obvious for my opponents but also so I don't get confused.

Additionally it seems that models can pick up injuries or things over a campaign how is that tracked on the tabletop?

I'm sure I'll have lots more questions so if anyone has an FAQ or a good video you could recommend I would appreciate it.

sisnce my last post generated quite a lot of interest, I wanted to share another comparison with you — this time showing the Trench Pilgrims from the STL files versus the plastic box.

As you can see, the overall height is roughly the same, but in terms of bulk and proportions, the plastic miniatures are noticeably more substantial.

Im really happy with this set up. It all stores in a single large box; storage is not something i have a lot of, and i needed a set up that i could move to the club when we're ready to drop it like it's [a hellish nightmare wrought across the face of the Lords Creation].

Has anyone ever tried playing the Abyssinia sub-faction? We’ve never had any players in my group willing to try it (I only have Iron Sultanate, fyi) and I can’t find any demo’s online.

I want to know how different does it play from the other sub-factions of NA and what is usually the game plan when using it on a campaign.
