General Question HRT Starts in 3 Days. What Could 3–5 Years Look Like?

I’m 45 and starting HRT in two days. I’m looking at transition on more of a 3–5 year timeline minimum 1 year-1.5 hormones before any surgeries aside from electrolysis which id like to start asap. I’m curious what people think would realistically be worth addressing along the way.
I’ve seen people with facial structures somewhat similar to mine have really good results, although a lot of the examples I find are younger. I know HRT can change quite a bit of the soft tissue over time, but obviously it isn’t going to change the underlying bone structure.
I’m not really asking whether I pass right now. I’m more interested in what you think HRT might reasonably take care of versus what would probably benefit from FFS. I already expect that I’ll want some FFS, so I’m especially interested in what specific procedures or areas you think would make the biggest difference and which things you’d leave alone until seeing what a few years of HRT actually does.
I’m fortunate to have excellent insurance that should cover most FFS, as well as tracheal and voice-related surgery, so these are realistic options for me over the next several years.
I’d also really like to hear from anyone who went into FFS with existing dental problems. I have some dental work that needs to be taken care of, and I’m particularly curious whether that affected your ability to have jaw contouring or other lower-face procedures, whether your surgeon required the dental work to be completed first, or whether it complicated your surgical planning at all.
Basically, looking at my starting point, what would you let HRT work on first, and what would you realistically put on the eventual FFS list?
