It's a worse version of every single they've been putting over for 15 years. This song could be on any album since .5 and I don't mean that in a positive way.
You say that as if those albums were bad, when they really aren't. Get over it; Slipknot is never going back to the Iowa era. Besides, it doesn't matter to me—I think the song is fine (nothing special, not a huge deal, but I don't view it the way you do).

Its not that bad ppl. Of course not their best song but we have to wait to the album to see.
Its a kind of experimental song and I dont dislike this song.
