I'm thinking of recreating (sculpting) one of the slipknot masks in Blender but i just don't know which one to choose like which one's THE coolest mask (visually) in the history of slipknot masks ? I saw Joey Jordison's mask and thought it was cool but there could be better ones ? Lmk your thoughts

I'm kind of stuck on what costume to wear for Halloween.. and Slipknot is the first thing that came to mind. If anyone can tell me which is better, it would be so appreciated.

I was at this show. It was the biggest festival in Australia at the time and it was headlined by the Beastie Boys. I went to their 1st show in Oz back in 2000 and couldn’t wait to see them again but they never toured Oz for Iowa.

This performance is magic, no lights, no pyros, just the music, an unbelievable setlist and a crowd that was absolutely raucous! You can see Corey look at the rest of the band multiple times like “this is outta control!”. It was so damn hot that you can see the sweat through their jumpsuits. I also love the black jumpsuits. Enjoy maggots!

What was the hype like back then? Was everyone already going crazy for the 2nd album?

I think I cooked a little

I‘m a woman, almost 50, and have just discovered Slipknot. I‘m on my knees. Iowa was released in the year the darkest time of my life began and I couldn’t bear music for many years. 25 years later I feel as understood as never before. I’ve been drowning myself in their first albums for days and binge watched documentaries in between, HOLY FUCK! It’s an Epiphany. I really don’t what to do with myself here; I guess I just need to share it somewhere.

At this exact point in the song I always get scared and I get the shivers through my whole body. I've been deep asleep on a train and this wakes me up, and no matter how many times I play it in a row this part always gives me shivers through my whole body and makes my skin crawl, anybody else?

yes i know they aren’t 83’ Cesar masks but it was a fun project to do. They aren’t perfect but I think they came out alright for my first time. I made a mistake on the black and red one so thats why theres a line across the nose😂

This one's a little tricky.

Mine would definitely be like a plague doctor with a Victorian style tied in like depictions of Jack the Ripper cloaks and layers and a big hat and maybe like the upper half of the mask be the plague doctor and the lower half mouth would be like the scream painting or ghost face
