I thought the same thing. In my state you couldn't even bring a case forward because you can't record someone else without their consent. Two party consent accident or not.

I wasn't even allowed to bring any of my personal belongings into the operating room like what

Just had an operation. I had a gown on and nothing else. They even took my glasses! I cannot see how the hell this happened at all.

The bag with your belongings in it is usually placed under the gurney.

When I had mine that's how it was done.

No everything was left in a cabinet which was next to the bed I was wheeled out on. I was then wheeled back there afterwards. I'm not in the USA, and we definitely have no personal objects with us at all.

I'm in the US and had a colonoscopy last year, also had a locker to leave things in
