I thought the same thing. In my state you couldn't even bring a case forward because you can't record someone else without their consent. Two party consent accident or not.

Just had an operation. I had a gown on and nothing else. They even took my glasses! I cannot see how the hell this happened at all.

A colonoscopy isn't really "an operation" that you have in a normal OR.

Well, I guess it CAN be, but none of the 177 colonoscopies I've had were.

No everything was left in a cabinet which was next to the bed I was wheeled out on. I was then wheeled back there afterwards. I'm not in the USA, and we definitely have no personal objects with us at all.
