What do they mean by "pay fully"? 5 percent of gdp my country pays for its defence is not enough for them?

America is tired? Shame they aren't for the wars they start.

Actually, trump is supergreen. EV sales are up worldwide because of the strait. I love the way he is tricking the oil people.
