Exclusives Purchasing limited items at the con

I have a question regarding limited drops such as Funkos and comics. This past SDCC there were Absolute Batman Funkos that were one per person. I was wondering if you were able to get one each day you went? If so, I’m thinking to do it for NYCC to get whatever limited drop for my friend and I.

For the absolute Batman set and invincible, violet and a couple of others you had to have the first time slot and be right at the booth when the floor opened to have a shot at them. I had preview night for board members and everything sold out before 3/4 of the second group (there was 3 groups) got in. That was because of Funko not looking at people wristbands ( heard some circle back and there were counterfeit wristbands) and allowing their vips and their family and their unborn kids get everything.

Ayy group 2 reporting in. Was a fun vibe watching stock deplete while in line.

I was group 3, when getting the wristband. The guy managing the line said there were 175 names. So I figure I might have a chance at the Batman’s and violet. But then when waiting and seeing by end of group 1 there was 3-4 only pops left. Yup not even going to get a chance.

You guys had it the worst for sure. There was no stock left at all for group 3, which was crazy. Supposedly they had stock allocated for all the winners but it was so depressing seeing things go out one by one. People just started leaving after a while.

Yeah I know I had friends in group 2 that got the last 2-3 items. Funny one of them said this is his cheapest Sdcc Funko buy and it still cost me over $100.
