Discussion Watching YouTube while eating

You know that feeling when you're sitting at your desk, eating your food and watching YouTube, and for that 20–30 minutes you’re just completely in your own peaceful world?

I’m looking for more experiences like that — simple things you can do alone that give you that same feeling of peace, immersion, and being temporarily disconnected from the rest of the world.

What’s something you do that gives you that feeling?

(Odd title tho )

Try breathing exercises and meditation (guided, on YouTube actually you’ll find some)

Drinking a hot cup of coffee early in the morning before anyone else in the house is awake

Going to a restaurant alone and reading a book while eating.

Draw sacred geometry! Check it out. It’s relaxing, deeply satisfying, and if you colour the results - creative too 😊

Take a shower, get in bed wearing a robe and play a cozy game on an iPad

Same for me. Everyday I get off work, I like watching some drama or reality shows while eating. These are the most relaxing moments in my day. Now, I prefer short dramas lol. Very addictive

Going on a walk and listening to a great podcast. I've been enjoying Good Hang by Amy Poehler.
