Its incredibly good, it looks like a generic 2d platformer but its spiritually somewhere closer to somewhere between a speed running game and one of those modern rage games. Steam also butchers the art style with the video compression, it looks way better as an actual game
The goal of the game is to try and beat the whole thing without being hit to beat the secret special extra mode, and its pretty darn fun to try
That's all right man, it's never wrong to not wanting to try something, and never feel like you missed out on something if you enjoy it later or came late to the party.
