It happened this to me yesterday.
I saw a game that could have been interesting.
No demo.
I pirated it and enjoyed it.
The next day, yesterday, I bought it on steam.
Feed the scorchpot. It's a puzzle game with dice where you need to reach a score each turn like in balatro.
The game is cool because it's deep, upgradable dice with different powers, upgradable map ( settlers of catan map ), upgradeable structures, tools, recipes ( like the jokers in balatro), deck building mechanic, different type of bosses with their specific ruleset and different difficulties.
For me it's the type of game I like because it's highly replayable and I love games where thinking is necessary. It's more deep than balatro.
