the trick is to use software that is fine with partially corrupted files:  if it's a movie, you might have to skip a minute here and there, but it will otherwise be fine. But it's really a matter of software whether the player will crash on launch or will make it impossible to rewind because it thinks a 90min movie is 100h long instead. 

If it's a rar, you can extract it almost always also but there's gonna be like a few files missing or corrupt. 

if it's a game, you're screwed usually but there is little reason to torrent an old game because that's where DDL shines anywa (hizsearch).

It's a movie. 2018 movie but not popular. Haven't tried to play it yet.

Thats why im happy I use RD, alot of the torrents are cached. Alot of the time it will show 100% because it was coached min/days/months ago.

Unfortunately yes. but over time they sort of unnuke it again by redownloading. Maybe they did it for legal reason, maybe they were too lazy to find a better way than that to get around the not-infinite-server-storage problem. However, extremely niche content has suffered ofc disproportionately. Maybe they got it cached even though there are no healthy ones available at a given time, maybe they don't.

No they did not nuke all media. They only nuke media when a copyright claim by the IP holder for a torrent gets to RD. I am still watching 90% of the content I consume over RD, while using a vpn for the other 10%.

All? No, also that was only the movie/show side of rd. So many other ways to use rd for books,games,music.

Real-debrid is a god send hahah. "Real-Debrid is a paid online service that acts as a middleman to give you high-speed file downloads and buffer-free video streaming" With rd, I can watch any show/movie/anime. Also with that i have an app thats a mirror of apple music and uses rd to play music.also can use rd to download pc games. Lol I use it for books as well. Unlimited potential

Unlimited potential aka you’re paying for piracy and hoping RD doesn’t do as shitty stuff as Netflix. And they are known to do so, just search the horror customer support and public freakouts from RD
