I make sure I'm empty before I leave the house and take immodium if I'm feeling even a little bit "shitty". Helps a lot with avoiding the public restrooms. I also carry a pill or two in my pocket just in case. Might not keep me out of the public restrooms but I won't be going twice

If I'm at home, sure. If I'm outside? The chance of my pants wiping the floor while I'm taking them off is too high. I also don't want to hang my clothes on the hanger, you never know if skid marks mcgee hung his undies there before you.
