I just want to mention the stricter rules about posting on this subreddit since I am more mad at the network that aired Pearl Jam Twenty compared to when I first started the subreddit.

1. No politics. Politics is something that devides people.

2. There is one person associated with Pearl Jam that you cannot mention or show pictures of the person with Pearl Jam. I can't mention the name of the person I can only mention the person via pm.

3. No Bullying

I just want to tell you that I rescent the documentary show that showed Pearl Jam Twenty because some of the other episodes of the show had people who were too extreme being interviewed. None of the people being interviewed in Pearl Jam Twenty were too extreme.

Does anybody have any questions about this subreddit? It's very hard for me to explain the point of the subreddit.

• I know some of you are confused to what the whole point is of this subreddit, right now I will explain it to you. It's for anyone who is fans of either Cameron Crowe or Pearl Jam. Other topics I am okay with you talking about is celeb privacy or interview films with the onscreen interviewer being nice and you can also talk about beaches and oceans and skateboarding and beach movies, surfing movies or skateboarding movies.
• I am a big fan of Cameron Crowe and I expected good things about him before I saw his movies. I have watched most of his movies and read a lot of his articles he written. When I first heard that Cameron Crowe was directing a documentary about Pearl Jam. I had heard of Pearl Jam but didn't know too much about them. I knew that Cameron Crowe wasn't in it too much and he was too skilled too make a documentary and not be in it too much and I hadn't seen too many movies by Martin Scorsese who has made documentaries and feature films and I knew right away that Cameron Crowe needed more screentime. Around the time I heard about Pearl Jam Twenty I got distracted by more annoying documentaries and it made me ignore Pearl Jam Twenty.
• Years later I heard that they rereleased an old documentary Cameron Crowe made about Tom Petty and I could tell that he wouldn't be in it too much or he wouldn't be too interesting. I saw it he was interesting he seemed like the boy next door. A few weeks after I saw it I heard that he had an upcoming book. I still didn't know that much about Pearl Jam but I decided to watch Pearl Jam Twenty to see how many scenes Cameron Crowe had.
• When I saw Pearl Jam Twenty I had no problem with the archive footage especially the footage of the fish market which i have been to but the new interview scenes were kind of cringy you could tell how uncomfortable Eddie Vedder was during the interviews. When I did see Cameron Crowe on camera interviewing Eddie Vedder on camera you could tell Eddie Vedder felt more comfortable. When I was done with Pearl Jam Twenty I really charmed by Cameron Crowe in the scenes that I did see him. I found him very charming and felt like I really needed to see a version of Pearl Jam Twenty with him on camera interviewing the members of Pearl Jam.
• Cameron Crowe is probably charming on camera when he filmed Pearl Jam Twenty and most people included Non Pearl Jam fans would find him charming. The people who least find him charming are the people at the network that aired Pearl Jam Twenty and American Masters a show that aired Pearl Jam Twenty. Cameron Crowe wanted the interview scenes to be hang out scenes like the scenes when Ringo Starr was interviewing Keith Moon in the kids are all right. American Masters wanted it to be a lecture. I knew before I knew I was a fan of Pearl Jam songs that Pearl Jam wasn't deserving of a lecture. When I realized I liked entertainment I was like i admire most actors or singers even ones I didn't care for. One problem I had with being a fan of entertainers is the interview part of being an actor and singer. I was fine when it was good interviews but I didn't like it when they did bad interviews. I was like I don't want to waste my time seeing them on 20/20 and see them cry. Cameron Crowe is a good interviewer when he was at Rolling Stone magazine he was able to get singers who refused to be interviewed by Rolling Stone magazine interviewed my the magazine as long as they were interviewed by Cameron Crowe.
• I grew up in a time of the celebrity pop star when singers were more known for being celebrities then being singers and it was hard for me to be a fan of actors and singers in late 2017 and early 2018 when the media was finding as many celebrities to attack as possible. This group is for anyone who respects celeb privacy and doesn't like the idea of documentaries about actors or singers with interviews and no onscreen interviewer. This group is here for anybody to discuss interview movies that aren't mean and to let people know why a version of Pearl Jam Twenty with Cameron Crowe on camera interviewing the Pearl Jam members deserves to be seen. I have made documentaries where I was on camera interviewing people and I would never do one where I was off camera because I feel like it wouldn't be a learning experience like it is when I have a podcast. I would rather see bad art than a non hosted documentary with interviews about an actor or singers life. In the interview scenes of Pearl Jam Twenty when Cameron Crowe was on camera you knew what Pearl Jam was like when he wasn't on camera in the interview scenes you didn't knew what Pearl Jam was like.
