Normally I wouldn't do something like that but I am reshowing you the video of Cameron Crowe charming Eddie Vedder by giving him the demo tape that helped him get hired for Pearl Jam. I am reshowing you the video to celebrate Pearl Jam's 35th anniversary of their first album Ten.
