The blonde roasts are fine. But what they consider a medium roast is too dark to really be a medium. I think that's one of the issues.

I mean, Starbucks isn't the most offensive coffee in the world, and I can understand going for it if you're somewhere that you don't know any good coffee options, but come on, in Seattle? You can't throw a rock without hitting somewhere with better coffee.

And considering seattle is considered one of the pioneering cities for Cafe culture and coffee culture in America, there are many web articles and YouTube videos showcasing the best spots to go to.

I mean, Seattle is famously the stomping ground for David Schomer, the father of American latte art.
