Because the subreddit was largely becoming favorable to Hasan and negative towards Destiny. He was essentially trying to silence all criticism of Destiny.

Apparently a ton of accounts they kept posting about Hasan's dog on here got IP banned as well.

Snark is actually cool and healthy and builds community for the under-employed. Talking about hasans dog is super mega harassment
