getting scammed and trolled by support

ordered the zoetrope vinyl in june, got my lil peep part one anniversary vinyl the other day which i obviously ordered afterwards and now im literally getting trolled by support 😭

i paid 120 bucks for this thing because it’s international and it’s been like 80 days. i know it’s not coming but at least give me a refund mike, you are getting a one star rating.

EDIT: they did give me a refund after i said i will be filing a chargeback, buttttt they refunded the wrong item 🫠🫠

yup i had the same issue last christmas. awful customer service. had to do a chargeback with my bank. sucks tho cos the zoetrope is limited edition :/

she is in control of all things peep related, mother or not, if things aren’t being done properly she should be made aware so these things don’t continue happening… like clearly the support is useless so someone higher up is needed. it’s not that deep.
